1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bedbt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available at bedbt.io and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by bedbt.

By accessing the bedbt platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bedbt platform.

These Terms apply to all users of bedbt, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without a registered account. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict, game-specific or promotional rules will take precedence over these general Terms only where expressly stated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with bedbt and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bedbt enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21. This requirement applies regardless of any lower minimum ages that may apply under local or national law.

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Registration and account use must be on your own personal behalf only.
• You have not previously had a bedbt account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms or any platform policy.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of bedbt or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or problem gambling register that would prohibit your participation on online betting platforms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

bedbt may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bedbt platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where bedbt identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the original account, void all bets and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bedbt account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bedbt account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bedbt's customer support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bedbt will never contact you by email, live chat, phone, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from bedbt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity carried out using your registered account credentials — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been authorised by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported a suspected security breach to bedbt prior to that activity occurring.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the bedbt platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency shadow balances, no exchange-rate conversions, and no international processing surcharges applied to any bedbt transaction.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• bKash — personal mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — personal mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Upay — UCB mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your bedbt account. These amounts may be updated by bedbt from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your bedbt account balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the respective payment provider. bedbt is not responsible for delays caused by congestion, maintenance, or technical issues on the payment provider's own systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bedbt within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. bedbt may impose a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud checks, or the satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements. You will be notified via your account if a withdrawal is subject to a hold.

bedbt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals using credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. Any funds received from an unsupported payment method will be returned to the sender, subject to any applicable bank processing fees which will be borne by the sender.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds that originate from a third party — including family members — is prohibited. bedbt reserves the right to investigate the source of funds at any time and may request supporting documentation as part of that process.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bedbt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to new and existing registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bedbt bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms and who hold a single, verified bedbt account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per registered user, per device, per IP address, and per payment method account. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment details constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement will be specified clearly in the individual promotion's terms (for example, "30x the bonus amount").
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated time limit will be removed from your account automatically upon expiry.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bedbt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on bedbt are as follows:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the bedbt system, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific market.
• bedbt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been suspended, cancelled, or abandoned, or where the bet was placed after the event's actual start time due to a system timing error. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to your account balance.
• bedbt reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a pricing error. bedbt will notify affected users and return stakes to their account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Attempting to circumvent maximum bet limits using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All casino and instant games on bedbt operate using certified random number generators or regulated live dealer procedures. Game outcomes are determined solely by these mechanisms and cannot be influenced by any player action beyond normal game play.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the bedbt system records are considered definitive and take precedence over any screenshot, third-party data source, or player recollection.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

bedbt is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and honest betting and gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting events, or using non-public insider information about an event's outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game on the bedbt platform.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between markets, or structured use of multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the bedbt platform outside of a standard browser or mobile interface used by a human user.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Depositing funds and subsequently initiating a chargeback or reversal with your payment provider after placing bets or withdrawing winnings.
• Money laundering: Using the bedbt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using betting activity as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.

• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, software errors, or pricing errors on the bedbt platform to obtain an unfair advantage or to extract funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

bedbt takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and bedbt actively encourages all users to approach gambling as a leisure activity with a defined, affordable budget — not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bedbt users directly from their account settings, and all take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bedbt platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the bedbt platform without prior written consent from bedbt.
• Modify or create derivative works based on bedbt platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bedbt's total aggregate liability to you for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bedbt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bedbt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account with bedbt, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, bedbt collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision and improvement of platform services. bedbt does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your payment credentials for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are never stored on bedbt's own servers. All payment transactions are processed inside the respective provider's own secure infrastructure, and bedbt receives only a transaction confirmation reference.

12 Amendments and Termination

bedbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the bedbt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bedbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• bedbt has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• bedbt ceases to offer its services in your jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to bedbt.

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to the standard conditions in Section 4. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law and Disputes
